Double Camera alternative in my case
Hi,
I have a simple idea of pixelated VFX. Basically, I have a particle system and two shaders, let's call them 01 and 02. There are 2 cameras, first is the Main Camera and it renders everything, including this particle system with shader01. The second camera renders only particle system, with shader 02, using replacement shader to archive this.
Shader 02 is a core effect and it only visible on camera 2 and the render texture from this camera. Shader 01 basically grabs the rendered texture from camera 2 and pixelates it, the result if final and visible on the Main Camera.
And now the question - how can I make the same effect, but without using double cameras?
Maybe there is a way to somehow render all the effects with the same layer and put the result straight to some rendered texture, without using the second camera. And then grabs this texture, pixelate it and use in the Main Camera.
