Manipulating pixels in a texture
I want to create a "falling sand" effect. A better example is if you try to visualize the texture as a conveyor belt of pixels. Everything drawn to the texture will be pulled in a direction until it reaches the edge of the texture.
A similar effect is the one used in 2d flames and fluid simulations.
Any pointers?
