Have Pro, Can't Change Splash Screen
Hey everybody. Have been making an app the past few months. I changed the Splash screen during my free trial of Pro then when I bought Pro the Splash screen switched back to the Unity one and the area in player settings is greyed out so I can't change it. Is there something really obvious that I'm missing?
PS: Just got Pro yesterday.
Thanks.
Hmm.. Possibly the cache disk stored in your installed location. It still read the registry memory stored previously. Possibly, you can try to re install the application if that helps.
In Unity, confirm that the Pro License is active. Help > About; in the bottom right corner it will tell you what license type you have. As $$anonymous$$evin said, it might be a registry problem. The solution might be to de-authorize your license, uninstall unity completely then re-install and activate.

Something similar was asked yesterday, are you trying to change the splash screen of an iOS/Android project?
If so you need the iOS/Android Pro license in addition to the Unity Pro one.
Cheers $$anonymous$$angas, you are spot on. I knew that I needed pro android/ios to do a lot of stuff such as ports and shaders etc. Didn't think the splash screen was one of them. Wishing I hadn't signed up for a year of pro now because I didn't need it for anything else. Feeling pretty stupid.
Thanks a bunch for getting back to me though.

Hello,
Please checkout that whether you have purchased license for the same platform for which you are making build. Unity provide separate license for all platforms.
Also check whether you have updated Unity by adding license key and linking it with unity servers.
