Play each animation with button or text

Hi, and thank you for all programmer. I am new by Unity and script programmer. I have a project with character for theater or bar ( not FPS )+ 5 animation attached like: Bowclap, Idles, Catwalk, Mwalk, Swalk and dance.

How can i play every animation with use a menu text or button picture.
