Is there a bug in Unity 4.6.0?

I've been trying to add a skybox using the same method I would use in any of the older versions by going into Render Settings but for some reason, if I click on Render Settings, this blank thing appears in the Inspector. Here's an image:

Could someone please tell me where I can add the skybox. Thanks a lot!
