Customized Toggle

Hi, i´m just making a window and inside that window i want to display some text and toggle buttons, the thing is that i need to change the toggle´s color everytime is true, and i tried with the GuiSkin but it doesn´t work, the only different in my example from anothers is that i´m not doing it inside the OnGUI Function, i do it on the WindowFunction but everything else is the same:

var guiSkin : GUISkin;

var toggle_one : boolean = false;

GUI.skin =guiSkin; (inside the OnGUI Function)

GUILayout.Toggle(toggle_one,"Toggle",guiSkin.toggle); (this goes on the WindowFunction function)

and on the Inspector of the GUISkin i change the texture of the OnAction option in the Toggle section.

So please i need your help with this..thanks..
