Text MeshPro Input field insert integer?
I have a TextMeshPro Input field added to my scene. I set it's preferences so that you can only insert integer values. Now I want to change the text of the field to an integer that is stored in PlayerPrefs. The problem is that I can only insert strings. Can someone help me? Pls send the entire code, I'm pretty new to coding...
You can cast you integer to string by ToString
yourInputfield.text = yourInteger.ToString();
In theory yes, but my Inputfield allows only Integers, so if I convert it to string, it will get deleted immediately...
