Game Always Crashes On Some Android Devices

Hi, our game runs smoothly on most of the android devices but always crashes on some devices such as HTC One , Nexus 5, etc... There is no specific code for devices in our game, it runs always the same code. We used prime31 plugins such as Vungle and Admob. I searched for the issue but couldn't find a good answer.

Does your game always crash on devices such as HTC One and Nexus 5, or are there instances where your game runs O$$anonymous$$ on these devices? In the latter case, the problem might be with the Android version these devices run, and not the actual devices, as well as the Android SD$$anonymous$$ version you used to build the game. $$anonymous$$ore specifically, these two devices that you mention can be updated to Android 5, which may cause compatibility issues, see:
