Ivisible objects when i import them?

Hello (happy christmas) :) i need help, when i export a object (i am using Maya 2013) i export it in FBX, the problem is when i put it in the scene it´s half visible, i cant see the other part, i found a wwy (but i don´t like it) i use the TOON option but sometimes its horrible, i don't know if its a Maya problem or mine, please help. Thanks

post a screenshot, it would be helpful for others to see exactly what you mean. It could be just normals looking the wrong way.

Check the normals of the object in maya.
