You need to make publish_actions calls. You can give yourself permissions as the admin of the app through the Graph API.
i have added the permission in the graph and enterd "me?/publish_actions" i got some information back but is still cant send a review request.
1) Check that you really need the publish_actions permissions.
2) Give yourself permissions through the graph.
3) Open your Unity application through your android device.
4) Click on whatever activates your Facebook actions.
5) Try to submit you application through Facebook.
6) If it still says the same error, maybe you don't need the publish_actions permissions.
if the plugin wants to access the log in screen it says app not setup "the developers of this app have not set it up properly for Facebook login" so i cant send data to my page. and facebook does not tell me. the only thing i think is wrong is that my page says its not live. but it needs to be reviewed before it can go live.
That's because you're logging to Facebook with a user which is not an ad$$anonymous$$. Login to Facebook before you open the app, with a user which is an ad$$anonymous$$istrator of your Facebook app.
