Windows Phone 8 Facebook opens up in local language from Game

Hello,

I need help again. In my Windows phone8 game app i've added fb with the help of prime31 plugin. The problem is it opens fb only in local language for india region but for others it opens in English (US). I want it to open in English(US) for all regions. I can't figure out why is it happening. I am using stream.publish method of plugin. It uses browser based fb login and share system and my browser is also set in english. At the time of login if i change it to english it just changes back to local language. For reference i am attaching a pic here. Please help me out on this.

p.s. i've not added any local language support in my game or at fb developer account.
