how do i access string from another gameobject?

hello im wondering how to access string from another gameobject im working on a if string == string but i can only access in 1 gameobject sorry for bad english scripts will have more understanding

number Example script

 using UnityEngine;
 using System.Collections;
 
 [System.Serializable]
 public class Example {
 
     public string Number;
 
     // Use this for initialization
     void Start () {
     
     }
 
     public enum Type {
         number
     }
     // Update is called once per frame
     public Example (string num) {
 
         Number = num;    
     }
 }


and the list script to turn the Example script into a list of arrays

 using UnityEngine;
 using System.Collections;
 using System.Collections.Generic;
 
 public class list : MonoBehaviour {
 
     public List<Example> database = new List<Example>();
     // Use this for initialization
     void Start () {
 
     }
     
 }

and finally to equal a script to the Example num script

 using UnityEngine;
 using System.Collections;
 
 public class equalizer : MonoBehaviour {
 
     public string ThisNum;
     public Example OtherNum;
 
     // Use this for initialization
     void Start () {
     }
     // Update is called once per frame
     public void Update () {
 
         if(ThisNum == OtherNum.Number)
         {
             print ("TRUE");
         }
         else
         {
             print ("FALSE");
         }
     
     }
 }

im trying to make it access it through the Example script but doesn't access it just make another in the parent object i made in the hierarchy
