How to know which assets from asset store may be modified?

I have the need to modify this assset, but on license information it only says "Extension Asset".

I read the EULA's End-user's license agreement and could not find any information on whether I could modify an extension asset or not. In the section 2.2 there is an explanation about Restricted and Non-Restricted assets, but how do I know if an asset I want to use is Restricted or Non-Restricted?

Is non-restricted the default for every asset, unless said otherwise?
