Where is Create->GUI Texture in Unity 4.6.0f3 ?

It doesn't exist any more, but you can create a GameObject and add a GUITexture component. However you'd generally be better off using the new UI. GameObject -> UI -> Image
Thanx. But how exactly I proceed ? For example, in title screen I use GUITexture. Now, what do I have to do ?
And, btw, how do I add a GUITexture component when I do not have such component ?
You don't add a GUITexture. Add a UI -> Image. That was the whole point of releasing 4.6. (That and the event system).
There is nothing that can be done with a GUITexture that can't be done with an Image.
@beugen: the component still exists. You add it like you add any other component. But use the new UI ins$$anonymous$$d.
