import blend to unity, rig look mess

excuse me, I want to ask about import blend file to unity, when importing the file blend to unity, in unity it appears in the mess, so does importing fbx to unity. the rig looks broken, what should I do ??, is there anything I need to install ?? or is there an addon in the blender that I have to install ??, so that the rig in Unity looks better, thanks
