Buggy artifacts in editor and play view?

I have a fresh install of Unity 2018 and a new project and I see these weird artifacts on things. When I put a bigger image in the scene so I could see more of it it looked like there was some text, but mirrored? Here is an image https://imgur.com/gallery/Nicc8Lc

What can I do to fix this?
