Implementing movement of camera using touch based scrolling of a scroll bar

Hi ! I am working on a simple 2D game which requires scrolling of visible area of the game using a touch based scroll bar. I know I have to move my camera to implment this.But I couldnt figure whether there is a inbuilt scroll bar or should i built one from scratch. Also I looked at "GUI.BeginScrollView", but I think it will not help. Any suggestions/tips/insights/examples are highly appreciated !
