Blender 2.78 Bendy bones Animation

Blender 2.78 has this new feature bendy bones and i was wondering if Unity .fbx file could still read those animations which include the features of bendy bones from blender?

It's been a few months. Did you ever do a quick test to find out? Or did you find out in some other way?

I would really doubt it- unless the bendy bones are exported as regular bones in a hierarchy upon conversion to .fbx

There isn't custom animation code to support anything past bones in a hierarchy currently :(

Oh definitely it would be impossible without it exporting as a bunch of regular bones. I just didn't know if anyone found out if it actually did this yet.

Still the same you'd have to rig a complex IK and deform bones to compensate for the Bendy Feature.
