Problem with RenderTextures on older iOS devices
So I've been recently working with this great free asset from Keijiro Takahashi, and I've ran into a problem - this particular asset is supposed to make a "star field" that can be for example stretched to look like hyperspeed from Star Wars, and it works great, except for older iOS devices - I tried to build it on a 3rd gen iPad and the stars didn't show up - the XCode log said that RendertextureFormat.ARGBfloat is unsupported, so I changed it ot ARGBHalf (and eventually tried others as well) and although the error in XCode was gone the stars still didn't show up - I even contacted Keijiro himself and he could't think of a solution, so that's why I'm here - if I don't find the naswer I'll have to re-write the system to use Particles on older devices, so help would be much appreciated!
