RootMotion is not Working ...

Hello Guys . I imported skeleton package from asset store and dis everything right . Animations are working fine but it is not moving forward when i play run animation . If Apply root motion is checked it just changes little bit position but didn't move forward . And if it is not checked any it did not change little bit and just play animation .
