Upload image to server and display it for others?

Hey, i'm trying to implement something new to my testing/learning project. I want to upload a screenshot/image from a mobile device to a server and the other users are getting those screenshots randomly displayed (nearly like 9Gag or Tinder).

Where should i start and do you have any documentation for me?
