Lagging in 2D infinite BG scrolling

Hello there, Some help required with Unity 2D Infinite scroll for 2d Game. I found there is some slugish behaviour i found and script are just simple to bg moving their transform with time.delta time. Thing that I've already checked 1. checked with all unity version still happening 2. made just simple standalone project for scroll still happeing 3. on and off vsynce setting with targetframe to 30 and 60 still happening. 4. did a alot google seems a lot of guys facing this issue but not permanent solution so please if you guys can give me any direction that'll be great. Cause it just frustrating that this is just a simple game and its not working as I expect it to be and I'm loosing faith in Unity.
