How to reduce sending bytes size?
I want send texture over network to mobile devices but normal RPC byte sending is too slow. May send multiply same bytes as one? (If yes. How?) Sorry form my english.
Not sure if you still want help or if I will be any help, anyway back to the point. You can check the protobuf-net the problem is you will have to do some extra work since you want it to work in phone. I use this to my client-server connection and it works really good.

"Sending multiple bytes as the same byte", if I understand you correctly, is basic data compression. If your textures are already in a compressed format then you won't be able to compress them much further without losing quality.
You might find this Unity Manual page useful. It describes steps that can be taken to reduce the size of a build, and it has a section on textures.
