Unity root motion always pointing forward
I made some animations in blender to use them with mecanim. The character moves on screen as I wish but the gameobject is always pointing in the Z direction. In the animation preview window i notice that while the blue arrow is pointing to the direction it is suppose to point, the red arrow stays in the same orientation for the whole animation. What I am missing? I hope the question is clear :)
The question is unclear to me, but maybe someone more familiar with $$anonymous$$ecanim will get it. Heck, I'm not even sure whether Blender import settings still require those silly baked rotations. When I hear "import, blender, rotation" in a question, that's all that comes to $$anonymous$$d - you sure the axes are correct after importing? Could have wonky consequences.
