I'm not familiar with google+ but what about the Google Play game services plugin by prime31. Are you looking for something like that?
But this is paid plugin.. I found https://developers.google.com/+/mobile/android/share
How can we do this in unity?
ok thats a java lib for native development. You would have to write your own plugin then http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/$$anonymous$$anual/Plugins.html. I don't know if there is a free plugin available already.
means i need to write android code. but how will i integrate that android project in unity? Can you tell me the steps?

the steps are listed here http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/PluginsForAndroid.html
Basically you can do the following:
export your unity build as android project
add your google+ API to that project and provide the methods you need to call from unity e.g. ShareScore
use SendMessage to call unity from java
set up and use the JNI to call java from unity (that is probably the hardest part)
