Slidiing in
Hello Unity3D. i have question about sliding in.How can i make it that when my character does an animation he/she moves forward 3 steps?for example.If my character does a kick animation i want my character to move 3 steps forward anytime i do this animation.If anyone knows how i can do this.Can you please tell me how because i can't find any tutorials for it?

In Mecanim? Just add some more walking states and transitions in a chain between Kick and your next state.
oh i use legacy actually.Would this work still either way?
I guess in Legacy you'd need to Play the walk animation like you would the next animation, perhaps loop it twice more, only now you'll need to add the transform motion if you want it in there. I'd be tempted to let root motion do it for me in $$anonymous$$ecanim but spam$$anonymous$$g One-Shots in Legacy might feel more responsive for a Beat-Em-Up.
