Resources.LoadAsync() on Unity Pro + Android Free

I have Unity Pro (Desktop) and am still using Android Free.

I would be able to use LoadAsync on Windows builds, but if I try to build an Android apk with LoadAsync, will Unity throw an error? Will it work?
