UMA equip armor and weapons?
Hey guys,
I'm sure this has been asked before, but I've spent two days going over examples of UMA and trying to wrap my head around it.
It seems like all the existing examples use fixed 'recipes' to define the slots and just vary the "DNA" and the "Overlays".
I'm trying to learn how to do a UMA model that can equip different geometry-- weapons and armor. Is there a tutorial somewhere that demonstrates programmatically changing the geometry? I have some weapons and armor that are supposedly UMA ready but I haven't been able to add them so far to a model in a way that makes it all work.
