how to lock the camera so it does not turn like in the image and follow the object correctly ?

i did and it does not help at all i try using different script that i find online to see it there is any different but still happens but let me try
What script is in your camera? may be you should try yo make some offset code to follow your camera.
The smooth follow script does not change the position of the camera, it's just a smooth "look at" script. You need to move the camera or attach the camera to your player to achieve the desired effect.
