WASD view not working
I am talking about the scene view movement using the WASD to get around the view. This works only part of the time and then stops working. When I can get it to actually move, it stops after a little bit. Anyone know why this is happening?
i am talking about flying around my scene. Just to look. There is no script involved, I had a previous version of unity that this worked on.
Are you using one of the controllers? Likely there is some collision geometry you are getting hung up on.
I think he might mean just to navigate around the scene view while editing...?
AFAIk there is noo way to move around in the editor with WASD, is there? Evrythign I know is mouse dragging.
Yes $$anonymous$$rSoad is right, that is what I meant. Thank you guys for the help!

http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SceneViewNavigation.html
"The Flythrough mode lets you navigate the Scene View by flying around in first person similar to how you would navigate in many games.
Click and hold the right mouse button.
Now you can move the view around using the mouse and use the WASD keys"
huh. never, ever used that. But a quick google suggests that other people who do are having trouble with it lately. Apparently it "forgets" and you need to re-click.
Jeff this is the issue I was having. Strangely it works now?? So I'm not sure what the problem was
