Can you show us the code? If not, then check out my free asset, Realtime Reflections. This isn't advertising, it contains a script with all the code for reflections so you can check that out and compare it with your script.

i didn't use any code..this is just render to texture method..

So you just used Camera.RenderToTexture and nothing else? No setting up of cameras, positioning, rotation, etc? Then you will have to do that for the proper mirror effect. Its a big script, so I can't post it here. But you can P$$anonymous$$ me or check it out in my asset.

The link's working... wait for sometime, then the asset store comes up. But anyway, should I just send you the script or an example scene also?

Try multiplying the x scalling of the texture by -1.

Select the texture in the editor, go to the Inspector panel and set the scalling of the x axis to -1 (or multiply the current value by -1). That way you are "reversing" it horizontally.
