uGUI - image at the right res on retina resolution

I have a 750pixel width image that should fill up the entire width of the iPhone 6 screen width. How do I get this to simply show up at the right resolution?

Selecting Simple and setting width to 750 seems to stretch the image arbitrarily larger than that...
