Restricition of Objects.
Is there a way to create restriction for an objects in a scene, for example, I had this BED object and then in the Scene a bathroom is open, then I want to restrict the bed to be inserted in the bathroom? Any way to do that? thank you..

Their is nothing like this in core unity. You would need to roll your own manager.
I'm assuming you mean creating items at runtime not at design time in the editor.
So what you could do is have a manager class that creates all the objects. So rather than you calling Instantiate on a prefab you would ask the manager for an object. The manager then would check your request against it's rules and either return an error or return the object.
Hope this helps.
