Unity 3.3 to version 3.4 Support

Our software update on the Asset Store requires that Unity users upgrade to version 3.4 does anyone have a strong argument as to why we would need to support Unity version 3.3?

I'd take the view that people who need 3.3 have already obtained your code, and to provide a 3.4 version for new users to get their hands on. If someone wants the 3.3 version they can always get in touch.
