Visual Studio Debugger? UnityVS?

Question

Is there any word on when UnityVS will be released by Microsoft? And can I legally download an outdated version of it anywhere? Or is there another plugin with which I could debug using Visual Studio for the time being?

remember that this won't work with the Express editions of VS.
