Is there any way to try a game out using an xbox console, not to put it on indie game market, just to see what the game will look like on the xbox console?

No, not unless you have a license to deploy to Xbox. There's more info here: http://unity3d.com/unity/multiplatform/consoles
However, if you just want to play your game with a controller, that's easier. Plug your machine into a TV and use a wired Xbox 360 controller, if you use default Unity input settings it should just work from the get-go!
