Hands are shaking in Fps

I'm using ultimate fps camera and when i zoom in my hands shake from left to right very slightly like there vibrating. Anyone know how to fix this?

Im Having the same problem. Ive tried using 2 different pairs of hands so far! They shake when i move around but when i stop, they stop shaking. Arrgh! So annoying!!!
