Data loads in editor but not full build?

Anything under a folder called "Resources" (or subfolder therein) will be included in the build. However, that's not a guarantee that the path will be what you expect.

I suggest you look into using Unity's asset-loading mechanisms for dealing with this: http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/LoadingResourcesatRuntime.html
