APK extension file is very small. APK still exeeds 100mb limit in play store
I have an app thats about 120mb in size. With the 100mb size linit on the play store I cannot upload this apk. So I used the split binary option in unity to create an apk extension file. The created file however is only 2 mb. So that brings my apk size to 118. Still too large.
On previous builds the extension file was much larger and allowed me to upload the APK. The only difference is that i'm now using unity 5.6.1 and are now using the new video player. Thus large video files are no longer in streamingassets, but in a normal asset folder.
Anyone have an Idea why this has changed?

I figured out the problem. The OBB only contains files from streaming assets, resources and other scenes than the first. As I moved the videos to the normal assets folder they are compressed into the normal APK.
So what did you do to solve the problem of exceeding play store limit?
