Make Bumper Effect

hello everyone..

I am creating game based on physics. In that i want to create Bumper effect like This .

How would i add force so that i can get this effect. ?

not sure what does that bumper effect of your refers to .... if you are talking about the Boxing Glove attached to the Spring handle...then I would suggest you look into SPRINGJOINTS
