How do I create a Shuriken moving particle system?
Hello,
I'm using the Shuriken particle system to create a spray or a flame thrower to go in front of a space ship. If the particle system has a Simulation Space of "Local" it looks unnaturally stiff as the space ship turns (watch the space ship in the bottom left): Video example
If I set it to "World" it trails behind the ship (watch bottom left quad again): Video example
If I use the Inherit Velocity value and set it to 1 it still kind of makes a mess:Video example
So what I would like is a spray that goes in front of the ship and stays coherent, but as the ship spins bends to the right or the left.
If you think about a garden hose that you're spraying forward, if you move the head of the nozzle from side to side, the liquid goes straight from the point it came out of the hose, but if you run forward with it, the spray doesn't fly back and hit you in the face, but inherits your forward velocity.
