Triangles problem with importing from C4D into Unity3D
Hello, I have problem with my models. For example I'm making objects in Cinema 4D then I'm exporting them into FBX and the amount of triangles are doubled. Maybe you have any idea why it is happening and how to solve this problem?

what is in your c4d is number of polys count doubles is probably because it was triangulated when you exported (turned from quads to triangles)Because one quad = 2 triangles
Points: 309 Polygons: 327
Is there any possibility to change the quads to traingles in the external 3D moddeling programs like C4D? So I will be able to have exactly the same model in Unity?
yes, you can. Go into polygon mode, select all the polys of your object, right click in the viewport, then click on Triangulate.
