Rigidbody FPS controller?

Hello,

Im trying to make a script to control my character with accurate physics and be able to push on objects. I wanna make my own rigidbody FPS controller instead of using the standard assets with a few features:

Jumping
Crouching
Sprinting

I've watched some pretty good tutorials on YouTube teaching how to make one but they arent getting me to what I want. Basically im trying to make a very customizable FPS controller with a rigidbody and that has accurate physics.

If anyone can help I'll appreciate it.
