There is no preferences option in MonoDevelop-Unity

Question

I'm using Windows. I wanted to change the MonoDevelop-Unity theme to dark, I noticed my monodevelop has no preferences option in tools-> Option. There are these things in the left side of Options window. *Environment *Projects *Text Editor *Source Code *Version control *Other *Unity Where is the preferences? there is also nothing in Tools but Options and Custom policies.

Tools> Options> Syntax Highlighting> Color Scheme

Thanks, But how to change the theme? the whole window and... like unity pro. I think that change needs preference itself.
