Why is unity lagging so much?
I need help my unity is lagging so much when i am making like bunch of trees or something like that.And all time is something downloading see on picture

It is generating light maps. To disable it go to window->lighting->settings-> on the bottom there is a toggle Auto Generate disable it. In case you want to generate lightmaps manually you can click on the button (Generate Lighting) next to the toggle.

Depends on the capabilities of your machine and the workload you throw on Unity. Can't really help you with blind guesses, you could use the profiler to get a clear image of what is drawing resourses.
