Mouse-click movement

Hey guys, i want to make a diablo-style movement script for a 3d model (char) but i dont knwo how to do it. I checked this: http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php/Click_To_Move_C

But the problem is that it also changes the camera and makes want to vomit. Is there any other way?
