Character running at super speed
Hi,
I've encountered a problem when trying to make a movement script with rigidbody. My character keeps running at super huge speed, no matter what acceleration,movement speed,max speed etc I put.
I've also tried others scripts which I found on Google, but the same problem occurred.
Can someone help me, how to fix this?

This will occur if you edited your Time.timeScale either in script or in the preferences. Go to:
Edit > Project Settings > Time
...and make sure your 'Time Scale' settings is 1.0.
It's set as 1.0
And other settings which are in time:
Fixed time step: 0.02
$$anonymous$$aximum allowed Ti: 0.3333333 Time Scale: 1.0

Are you using Time.deltaTime ?
characterController.Move(speed * Time.deltaTime)
