rigidbodyrigidbody2dchild object
How do I make a child RigidBody be stuck to a parent RigidBody (Unity2D)
The child RigidBody should also be flipped along with the parent rigidbody so that the child would always be in the front of the parent.

The question's not very specific, off the top of my head I'd suggest using rigidbody constraints or joints but it depends what behaviour you're after.
Why does the child object even have a rigidbody if it's not supposed to physically move in relation to the parent?
