How to solve UI pixel problem
I try to make a mask effect like
In my game avatar is like . I don't get perfect rounded avatar view .
How to solve this pixel problem.

It's called Anti-Aliasing and it's done in your graphics editing application. Basically, pixels of different transparencies are drawn along the edge so the eye sees a smooth line. Photoshop, for example, does this by default.
