Why the scalling between these 2 resolutions is so bad?

I'm a begginer on unity. How can i fix it? My settings: Ui mode:Scale with screen Screen match mode : expand Render mode: Screen space overlay Thanks!
I'm not really clear what you're comparing. In both screenshots, your Game Rendering Scale is set to 0.45x, so neither image is really showing exactly it should look in the first place.
Plus, what exactly are you dissatisfied with to begin with? We don't know what you're looking for here.
Hello, The icons gets wider when i swich from 1920 too 2160 and on phone looks bad. Tested
Well, it's logical that the buttons would change their aspect ratio if their positions/scale are screen-size-percentage-based rather than fixed-pixel-size.
Since that obviously doesn't accommodate different resolutions well, however, you should probably consider using an Aspect Ratio Fitter to fit the buttons in a specific manner regardless of screen resolution.
Nevertheless, you should try and offer better descriptions when possible, since something that "looks bad" is a very subjective viewpoint and isn't an interpretation that everyone will necessarily share.

Your Anchor is right-top?
Try doing it like this. When in stretch, the aspect ratio is maintained in relation to the edges, which causes the image to warp to maintain those aspect ratio in relation to the new screen.
